Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

How We Handle Returns

At HaloWiFi by MassvHalo Private Limited, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.


1. Hardware Products

We offer refunds or replacements for hardware devices purchased via our website https://halowifi.com only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is delivered damaged or is not functioning as intended, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Product Delivery: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, please email hello@halowifi.com with your order ID and supporting photographs/videos. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund.

Note: The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.


2. Software and Services

Software subscriptions, cloud services, or captive portal plans are generally non-refundable once activated or provisioned. However, you may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were billed incorrectly
  • Services were not activated or used

Please reach out to hello@halowifi.com within 5 days of the charge for any service-related refund requests.


3. Payment Failures

In the event of a failed transaction (e.g., double billing, network error, or payment gateway issue), any deducted amount will be automatically refunded by our payment processor within 5–7 business days.

If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or email us at hello@halowifi.com for assistance.


4. Cancellations
  • Orders for hardware products can be cancelled before shipment by writing to hello@halowifi.com.
  • Subscription-based services can be cancelled anytime, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
