HaloWiFi networks run across four continents. Hotels in Kampala, coach fleets between Bengaluru and Hyderabad, co-working floors in Pune, rentals in Ontario. Different venues, different constraints, the same box.

Every hard deployment taught the router something: power that drops, backhaul that moves, guests who will not read instructions. What we ship is the sum of those lessons, not a spec sheet.

Four continents, and counting

We are not the cheapest option, and we are not trying to be. Venues choose HaloWiFi because the network stays up, the portal loads instantly, and guests connect without asking staff for help.

Cheap WiFi costs more than it saves: in complaints, in reviews, in staff hours spent rebooting boxes. We build the kind of network you stop thinking about, and we price it like something that works.

HaloWiFi collects guest connection data on your behalf. You own it. We don’t resell it to ad networks, we don’t use it to train models, we don’t slip it into “anonymised” research datasets.

If you ever leave, we hand you a full export in one click and delete our copy on a 30-day timer. No retention games, no lock-in.

When a customer tells us something should exist, we don’t file it into a backlog to die. We build it, put it in their hands, and refine it with them until it’s right.

Some of our best features started as a support conversation on a Tuesday and shipped before the month ended. Being small is not a limitation. It’s why we’re faster than companies fifty times our size.

Every customer email lands in an inbox the engineering team reads. There’s no first-line tier whose job is to bounce you to the second-line tier.

When we reply, the answer is usually the actual fix, not a workaround. And because the person answering also writes the firmware, your problem often becomes next week’s release.

WiFi stopped being a perk years ago. It’s electricity now: assumed, judged, never tipped. But most venue networks are still built on decade-old assumptions.

We’d rather be early than comfortable. Self-healing mesh and dual-WAN failover ship today; the diagnostics that will spot a failing access point before a guest notices are what we are building next.

HaloWiFi is young, and that’s an advantage: no legacy hardware to protect, no old architecture to apologise for. But we’re building it like something we’ll still be running in ten years.

We’re not chasing a fast exit, and no board is pushing us to turn features into upsells when a quarter looks slow. We grow at the speed of our customers’ trust, and we intend to keep earning it for a long time.
