Pricing

Alright. Let’s talk money.

You’ve seen the features, the hardware, the API. Now comes the guest WiFi pricing grid: the tiers, the feature matrix, the asterisks, the “Contact sales” column. Right? Scroll on.

That’s the pricing page. Sorry it’s not more dramatic. HaloWiFi is a venue networking platform in one router: cloud controller, real-time analytics, branded guest WiFi portal and marketing engine. All of it ships in every box, nothing about it recurs, and the only other number here is the router’s: from $190, once.

The honest part

So what do we charge for? The router. Once.

That’s the whole business model. We sell hardware that’s worth buying, and the stack’s job is to keep it worth owning, so you add venues and the venue next door asks what you’re running. That loop pays us better than license fees ever would.

The catch, addressed

You’re right to be suspicious.

Seriously, where’s the catch?

The router is the business. The stack makes the hardware more valuable every month you own it, which is why owners expand to more venues and tell the venue next door. We’d rather grow on that loop than nickel-and-dime you per AP. If the stack were the revenue line, we’d have built the pricing grid you expected.

Will it stay free, or is this a launch promo?

It’s the strategy, not a promo. Deployments from 2019 run on the same terms you’d get today: every feature, no recurring bill. If that ever changed for new customers, it wouldn’t change under the people already running.

Do I pay more as I add venues or access points?

You buy the extra boxes; that’s it. The dashboard, analytics, campaigns and API cover three venues or three hundred without a tier change, because there are no tiers.

What does support cost?

Nothing. Email and WhatsApp, answered by people who’ve stood in a venue holding a ladder. Firmware and feature updates push from the cloud, also free.

And the API?

Included, same rule as everything else. Keys, webhooks and a sandbox venue at no charge. The API page has the details.

So what will I actually spend, all-in?

The hardware, starting at $190 per access point and paid once, plus the internet line you already pay your ISP for. A twenty-minute demo gets you an exact quote for your venue, and if WiFi earns money in your setting, the calculator will estimate what it gives back.

From $190 to your exact number.

Twenty minutes, zero jargon. We’ll size your venue, quote the hardware, and show the dashboard doing its thing.
